Photography Workshops and Tours in the Scottish Highlands

Please ensure that you take a moment to read this.

1. All efforts will be made to run all tours/workshops, but in the event of cancellation by Lightstalkers Scotland (Glen Campbell Photography) due to unforeseen circumstances, all workshop and tour fees will be refunded in full. This is the limit of our liability. Adequate insurance should be taken out/held by all participants . This should include luggage, accident, camera equipment and variation. I (Glen Campbell)  will not be held liable for any loss, damage or theft of luggage or personel belongings, personal injury, accident or loss.

2. Deposits will secure your place on a workshop or tour and are non-refundable.  The balance must be paid in full not less than 60 days prior to commencement of scheduled tour or workshop. If it is not paid by that date we shall have the right to cancel your booking for the workshop or tour. Cancellation charges are as follows.

 Non-refundable deposits are required for On demand trips, Photoshop  and one one one  tuition and require full payment up to 2 weeks prior start date.  Cancellation within this period will result in loss of 50% of total fee. Some sessions can be re-scheduled at our discretion.

3. Obviously some things are beyond our control e.g. weather etc and we will not be held liable for changes to locations, itineraries, accommodation or schedules due to bad weather, road closures, breakdowns or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. It is recommended that participants be adequately insured along with their equipment and be of a reasonably good level of fitness as workshops/tours may require some longer walks over uneven terrain.

5. It is the participants responsibility to be at the Inverness pick up points at the agreed time. We will be as flexible as possible re: late arrivals but will adhere to the tour /schedules and won’t be held liable for late arrivals.

6. Safety and the well being of participants on location is a priority, any unruly and offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.

7. Every effort to get to photograph featured locations will be made. Again this is not always possible due to weather conditions and the safety and comfort of the group is the number one priority.

8. By booking with Glen Campbell Photography (Lightstalkers Scotland) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
